They have a good yard for our dogs and it’s very quiet. Better than a hotel. You can always go out in the yard, not so many other guests. One bedroom villa is very well maintained, kitchen has enough to cook if you are dieting. We had great stay there! Highly recommended.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, the living room with the fireplace and the kitchen close at hand is all you need to relax after a day of skiing. Very kind staff, we had privacy during the whole week we stayed . I received clean towels periodically, paper, towel napkins at discretion. The children felt wonderful here , they played in the yard which is very nice and clean. We could park our car in the parking area inside the yard and it was very comfortable for us because we had everything at hand.

The house was perfect. It is 20-25 minutes away from Rila 7 Lakes lift. Very comfortble for 4 persons (2 couples), with 2 bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The garden was suitable for relaxing and have coffee or your drink. There is plenty of free parking space in front os the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. The road in front of the house leads to the forest area, so it was a perfect choice for a morning walk or trail running in the forest. There is a complex of pools with thermal water about 10 minutes away from the house. The owner offers a 2hours mountain area safari with a 4X4 hard trail vehicle at very reasonable price, which was a unique experience. I totally recommend it. The house is a perfect and good price choice for every one who wants to visit 7 Rila Lakes.

The host was amazing – so welcoming, attentive and always available if we needed anything. We didn’t miss a thing – everything was thoughtfully prepared. The area is stunning, peaceful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place! ❤️

This villa is just perfect. It has everything you might need, including a really helpful host. We had a great time in the sunny garden. You also have the best view of Rila mountain and you're so close to a lot of good hiking paths. I couldn't recommend it enough.

This lovely villa was a perfect break in the beautiful Rila mountains, and could easily accommodate a couple of families or a small group. The house has 5 or 6 bedrooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor, almost all have an en suite bathroom. The kitchen, coffee area and dining room well equipped. Everything spotlessly clean and looking new. The highlight was the huge garden with 3 dining areas, plenty of grass and very well kept garden with apple trees, roses, berries etc. needless to say the mountains offer plenty of fun activities.

We were 2 families, the villa was very cosy, and the hosts were very nice and answered promptly to every question. Although we were there in August, and there were no air conditioners, it wasn’t hot in the rooms. The kitchen and BBQ place were perfectly equipped. Rooms, toilets, kitchen and dining areas were very clean.
