The retreat itself is incredibly spacious which is great for a family or a group of friends, with all the amenities you could need for a long weekend away. The Lambert family were very hospitable and if you have the chance, book in for a delicious lunch at the winery! Keep an eye out for kangaroos between the vines too!

Wonderful walking down to cafes, pubs & great local produce stores in this little village. It is a great base to walk the Barossa with access to the trail to Nuriootpa & Tanunda. Apartment is comfortable & warm with outlook on to historic buildings. Sparkling wine & chocolate was a lovely hospitable gesture. We will definitely visit & stay again. Thank you to our host Nicky

Amazing views and stars at night time. Really spacious, plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds, great bathrooms and quality linen. It is essy walking distance to many Eateries and a local pub. Jim and Jeanette made us feel very welcome and supplied us with eggs, bacon, mushrooms, bread etc for breakfast plus a lovely bottle of bubbly. The hosts also provide a BBQ and bikes and nothing was too much trouble so highly recommend and look forward to our next visit. Plus the bed was very comfortable
