What a magical place this is! The house is beautiful and very well appointed. The views are spectacular. There is a lovely walkway that leads to a couple of areas where you can enjoy hanging out, having your morning coffee and taking in the beauty all around you. It's easy enough to walk out of the property and take a beautiful walk. If you're up for getting away from it all and enjoying a vacation in the midst of nature, this is the place to be. The most activity you will see is the cows all around munching all day and then heading back to their barns in the evening. It's peaceful and wonderful. The host will make sure to take loving care of anything you need. She'll deliver breakfast in a lovely basket with fresh -picked flowers.

Very nice people. Orlando takes care of everything and Very nice and friendly. The people of the village are great. Very beautiful well maintained wood cabinet. Beautiful garden, great view to the lake, nice dogs that come to say good morning.

It is a collection of cottages and small houses in a beautiful, quiet garden setting - all enclosed behind a wall with a gate. It felt very safe and tranquil. Casa Artemisa has 2 bedrooms and is tastefully decorated with a great little kitchen and nice outdoor seating area. It is nestled between 2 other places, but still has good privacy. The location is great, just out of the centre of town on a quiet and scenic street. So peaceful, but easy access to everything in Villa de Leyva - parks, shops, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was fantastic and again, we had great privacy. The staff on site were helpful.and kind - Amparo and Maribel - lovely people to deal with. Easy, seamless check-in and out. Their pictures are accurate but the setting is much prettier in person. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again!
