It’s our first time to Ha Noi so it’s a bit overwhelming. The staff are so helpful & kind. They showed us how to cross the street, where to eat, what to do in Ha Noi. They helped us with reservations to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. The trip was super good! The hotel is very near Dong Xuan market, night market, Long Bien bridge perfect location.

I loved my stay at the West Hotel. The location could not be better- all the main sights of Hanoi are within walking distance and on weekends the night market is just outside the hotel door along the street. The rooms are nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, especially Viet from reception was very attentive and helpful.

I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel.
