offers air-conditioned suites decorated in warm, earthy tones. They include a living area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a modern bathroom with signature bath amenities. We were in the residential suite, it's very spacious, clean and it had a kitchen with a microwave which was very useful. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English very well. We loved how there was always a shuttle bus outside the hotel to take us directly to the Al-Harram in literally 2 mins. Would definitely book again for Umrah.
