The location was outstanding; a couple minutes walk to Branicki Palace & the market square. The staff was helpful & friendly. A few people told us "you can see all you need to see in Bialystok in a day", but we stayed as Hotel Esperanto for five days & it served us well as HQ for a super holiday!
