Great breakfast and staff very helpful with all our needs! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else upon return.

The location is remote, surrounded by a fantastic selection of wild-life. The grounds were immaculate! Even though most of the trees in the surrounding area are, what we call "Devil Thorn Trees", they were all raked away. The staff (shout out to Josie) were incredible. We were visiting with an infant and they made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I let the lodge know that we intended to braai (BBQ) the second night and they provided us with the braai drum as well as a bag of wood! 110% will be staying there again, next time for a week!

Along the way, we also had time to visit Spitzkoppe. Even before our arrival, I could tell we were in for a special experience: the owner was in touch with us regularly, asking in advance about the group’s meal preferences and helping coordinate our arrival. The property is a truly beautiful oasis, almost like a botanical garden. It features not only a pool and charming bungalows, but also a unique lounge with a balcony overlooking a waterhole, where you can watch wildlife up close. The lodge also has its own beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes’ drive to Palm Beach. All of the bright rooms have large windows and are decorated in pastel tones with wooden furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Liked everything, from the lovely and helpful staff to the spacious room. Breakfast fine too.
