The team was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. We really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel; the food was excellent. Parking was very convenient, with spaces directly in front of the building. A big highlight was the location: the Cobá Maya ruins are only about a 15-minute walk away, which made exploring them by foot easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms look exactly like the photos. But note, there is partial divide between the bathroom and main bedroom with no door. Isra and his team were very attentive in arranging transport to the port, suggesting activities and restaurants on the island and were very welcoming. We would absolutely stay again!

The rooms are extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed. The breakfasts are delicious. And the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, running various activities - e.g. jungle and lake tour. The setup next to the lagoon is perfect - plenty of chairs, hammocks, and kayaks.

Staff was very helpful & spoke English. Checked in early & gave preferred room on top floor. Fast Internet that never dropped. Well lit outside over night, very clean facility all around.

This complex is located in a quiet area of Holbox Island, a natural paradise in the Mexican Caribbean, 80 km north of Cancun. It is situated only 80 metres from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. The kindness and friendliness of the property manager, owner and staff, was exceptional. This is one of the most important aspects of anywhere that I stay. I was immediately welcomed and looked after, including lots of messages prior to my arrival regarding transport so that my journey to the island and hotel was as smooth as possible, including help with arranging a shuttle, where to wait at the airport and help with details about the ferry etc. I am very grateful. The room itself was beautiful and the area was very quiet, so I always slept well. The fridge in the room is a little loud so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. I hope I get the chance to go back to Holbox and to stay at Villa Los Mangles again :)
