Room is bigger than any other rooms in Tokyo! Especially the bathroom. It was a nice change. The area is so so, we booked it for easy connection to Narita. Otherwise would stay more central. The hotel is very clean and looks nice and new. There is laundry (self-service) on site. You can leave your luggages after check out.
