First time staying in a ryokan, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was charming, bed comfortable and the onsen was amazing. Dinner was great too. I had plans change last minute and the staff was gracious enough to help me out.

Close to Chinatown, and a nice walk along the waterfront to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was modern and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good quality, and varied.

We felt truly cared for, like guests in someone’s cherished home. Hakone Fura is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return.
