The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The Lobby was very welcoming with comfortable seating and free coffee and tea. We were there for four nights in a hot summer. The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler! The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

Everything was very clean and comfortable but the best thing about Air Furano was the couple who run it, Gareth and Rikka. They couldn’t be better hosts and made our stay special. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best meals of our trip.

There is a private bathroom with slippers in every unit as well as towels. The room was very comfortable, warm, and spacious. We loved that there was a kitchen and a huge window by our bed where we can watch the snow fall. The staffs were very very friendly and we did not have any difficulty going to places because we drove. A staff brought us to our parking spot right outside our accommodation and was very friendly with us. The staffs were very helpful with our inquiries as well. We really really enjoyed our stay and would want to come back here when we visit Niseko again. We loved this accommodation and our entire experience here. Would definitely recommend this place to guests that are driving :)

On top of a Hill, with beautiful view to Utoro City. There's a large lobby with snacks, tea, coffee so after returning from a day excursion, we always spent 30min relaxing at lobby. There's a nice shop with many souvenirs. Onsen was amazing and clean. Many different tubs with different temperatures. Ice cream and pocari sweat available. We didn't have breakfast included but we pay extra for a day and the buffet was simply delicious. Many options and everything we tried was excellent.

Featuring a garden and views of sea, Otaru Geihinkan is a recently renovated ryokan set in Otaru, 8.6 km from Otaru Station. This 3-star ryokan offers luggage storage space. There is a restaurant serving French cuisine, and free private parking is available. The distance from Otaru town was 15 minutes drive away. This property is literally located at the coastal line, a fascinating view from the room balcony and dining area. Breakfast was included, and it was surprisingly appetising as if served at a fine dining restaurant. The property operated since 2023, so everything is in a very good state. Everyone entering the place will need to take off their shoes at the reception, only allowed in their house slippers. There is individual r.emote to control the airon, heater (even for the bed). I liked the high ceiling in the room, that has a loft area to accommodate 2 more persons if needed. The service staff was wonderful and helpful extending help to us with our luggage. It was so relaxing watching the waves and seagulls busy at the shore.

Hotel Kifu Hotel Shiretoko is a 10-minute drive from Shiretoko National Park, which is assigned as a UNESCO World Heritage. Guests can enjoy the sunset and sea views from their rooms and refresh in the public hot-spring bath. Guests can use free WiFi in all areas. Location 5 minutes away from Shiretoko NP, seaview, very friendly staff, private onsen and excellent food all make this place a little gem. Looking forward coming back!
