Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. For us with a big group and luggage, we can still use taxis, as the taxi fees are still very affordable. We had a great time staying here, we wished we stayed a bit longer tho :')

You must have dinner and breakfast as a part of your reservation. The onsens were really wonderful! There were private and public ones on-site and another large public onsen across the street. The mountain location is about 25 min drive away from the train station, but they run a shuttle service from the Fujigaoka Train Station at 4:50pm every day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Ghibli Park was a 15 minute shuttle ride.
