I don’t usually leave reviews — only when something is either really disappointing or seriously impressive. This hotel? Definitely the latter. First of all, the location is unbeatable — you step out and you’re already in the heart of everything. Breakfasts deserve a special mention: absolutely delicious, with a variety and quality that truly exceeded my expectations. And then, the Prosecco — what a charming touch! A complimentary bottle was waiting for me in the room, and downstairs in the lobby, you can always pour yourself a glass (or three, or five…) whenever you feel like it. It’s the kind of little luxury that makes a stay feel special. Honestly, I’m trying to think of something negative to balance this out, but I really can’t. Everything was just… great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Just a wonderful accommodation experience! Leonardo made our vacation unforgettable. He seems to be the complete personification of Italy with his hospitality and joy. We stayed a few days longer in Florence because it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in the center, walking distance to all the sights, yet on a very quiet street. After midnight there is no one there at all. There are plenty of places with delicious food nearby, and the breakfast at the hotel is quite hearty and fresh. The hotel itself is small, I think it's 10 rooms? I'm not sure. The floor is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. There are even nice slippers (in 2025 I see less and less of them in hotels). Soundproofing is good, new air conditioners, great windows with shutters (you can completely block the light and sleep), comfortable beds with good mattresses. We managed to stay in two rooms, both were comfortable and very conveniently organized. You can see the staff's care for the hotel and the people.

Air-conditioned rooms at the 3-star Signoria are en suite and have a flat-screen TV with Sky international channels and a free smartphone. They feature a minibar and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. It was perfect overall. The location and the comfort was very good.

A historic hotel in the heart of Siena, Palazzo Ravizza offers elegant rooms with characteristic 1920s furnishings. This family-run property is just 700 metres from Piazza del Campo.

The Ravizza has its own private garden overlooking the countryside. Excellent place, all you need! Elegant, stylish, functional and comfortable, super friendly staff who truly think of their clients (I had to wait for my bus and they had absolutely no issue with checking out right in time, this is truly exceptional), great view from the room, beautiful garden with fantastic view, clean, clean, clean..! What else one would need? I really loved this place. Before moving to this hotel, I was staying in another one with more stars but with much less of everything wanted and was provided by Palazzo Ravizza.

I was really impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the room — it was spotless and perfectly maintained. Also an excellent location.

Located in Volterra's historic centre, Albergo Etruria is just 100 metres from the Piazza dei Priori and Roman theatre. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and the gardens have views over the town.

This Etruria is run by the owners who can suggest excursions, museum trips and the best restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is made with fresh, high quality ingredients. Great location and easy parking. The room was comfortable, and check in was very easy. Excellent recommendations for lunch from staff!

Apartments, studios and suites at the Santa Cecilia come with a marble bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Most have a balcony or patio with sea views. Wired internet is free. Beautiful accommodation and location, host very welcoming and helpful, after a week in a motorhome and second rate rv parks this was pure luxury, easy walking distance to everything, loved San Vincenzo itself, think it might be my new happy place, definitely recommend.
