Located a pleasant 15-minute walk from Sorrento’s historic centre, Hotel Britannia is set close to the sea and enjoys beautiful views over the Gulf of Naples. WiFi is free in all rooms and public areas. I was on a trip to Amalfi cost with my dougher. We have chosen hotel Britania because we thought it is good place to stay for all our trip plans. And it was the best! First, when we booked the hotel, they sent us mail to welcome us and they sent us all ways how to reach to the hotel, from airport, train station and city center. They were opened for all of our questions and recommended us the best ways for all our trip plans even before we came. So they were unexpectedly polite. The hotel is placed on the main road to Amalfi cost on one side and to center of Sorrento and road to Napoli on the other. The bus stop of SITA bus and EAV bus is in front of the hotel, so it has great conneciton. If you want to travel around it is very practical. Hotel is 15 minutes away from the city center walking and 5 minutes by EAV bus, so you can get fast to train station for Napoli or Pompei, or to Marina Piccola for Napoli or Capri. This hotel has beautiful view on the sea. You can also see Vesuvius and Napoli across the sea when the weather is nice. On the other side the view shows you the typical italian lemon garden. The room is very nice and clean, so was the bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, typical continental, with cereals, james, nutela, homemade lemon jame, fruit, fruit salad, eggs, ham, cheese, bacon, tomato and cucumber salad, bread and pastries. Big surprise was that they made coffee at real espresso machine! Stuff at dining room was so nice and polite. Even we only slept and had breakfast at the hotel, we felt as we are at home. The receptionists make domestic atmosphere. They are very, very, very nice, polite and kind. Every time we met they asked us how was our day, when we were planing to go and they gave us the best advices how to get there where we planed. If you stay in this hotel don't miss to walk to the centre of Sorrento. You'll join the view on cliffs, parks, tiny streets, beautiful churches and small of blossom oranges.

Hotel Villa Fiorita is located 6 km from the centre of Sorrento, and offers beautiful views of the Naples Gulf and Sorrento Coast. It has a panoramic sun terrace, a little garden and air-conditioned rooms. Fantastic view overlooking Sorrento city. A free shuttle was provided at very reasonable timeslots with the last departing from town back to the hotel at 11:30pm. Beware if you miss it though, transport and cabs in Amalfi are extortion so expect to pay €50 if you miss the last bus. Easy shuttle pick up and drop off though, close to main square. Incredibly nice and helpful staff and free parking close by if you have the nerve to drive around the area. Also, fantastic breakfast, great food with restaurant on site and both a pool and 2 x jacuzzi’s. Highly recommend. Mum and I loved it.

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. We have stayed here several times and we are always happy with the room and service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the a/c is nice and cold. We had the superior room with a great terrace and view of the sea. The restaurant is very good. There is a nice selection of breakfast items. We will return!
