You will have free use of a swimming pool 350 metres from I Due Cigni. The location is great to visit montepulciano. The staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. The room was nice and cosy. This is the cleanest hotel i have ever seen. It was so clean that I felt bad to go into the shower and leave water signs on the perfectly clean glass walls. Breakfast was nice, they have a great coffee. We really recommend this hotel

We had a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds which worked perfectly for our teenagers. The breakfast was brilliant and even nicer that it could be eaten on the terrace. It’s in the centre of the ZTL so you can’t drive there but we parked in car park P2 and walked through (a bit embarrassing for the kids dragging their cases through the tourists!)

The stay was amazing. Our stay in this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms are in a beautiful medieval palace in the heart of Siena. It is quite a small hotel, which makes it feel very homely and cozy. The room was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that one would expect from this price range. What struck me particularly was how big the rooms were, how clean and how big and comfortable the bathtub was. In the morning there was an incredible breakfast spread waiting for us downstairs. But the most special thing about the hotel were the employees. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable and positive. Thank you all so much! You deserve a pay rise.
