We were very thrilled because we had lots of spaces downstairs where we could spend time and hang out as a group.

They were extremely helpful with our every request and supporting us on our journey to finish Ironman competition. They even took our bib numbers to support us. Also the breakfast was perfect and they made special early morning meal for the full Ironman competitors on competition morning.

The breakfast setup itself was beautifully arranged and offered such variety. The location couldn't have been more perfect for my needs, providing easy access to my seminar venue while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The overall atmosphere struck that perfect balance between professional accommodation and warm, personal hospitality that makes a bed and breakfast special. From the comfortable accommodations to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay, Villa Arizona created an experience that felt more like staying with caring friends than at a typical lodging. I left feeling completely refreshed and would absolutely return - they've set the bar incredibly high for what exceptional hospitality looks like!

The property is allergy-free and is located 2 km from Cervia Station. We stayed in this hotel, during the Ironman week. I am a bit (really :) ) picky with cleaning and water pressure in the shower because of my curly hair. All I can say is that this hotel goes above an beyond with cleaning. They changed our towels every SINGLE day and topped up 'shampoo..etc' samples every day too. We had an amazing view to the sea. We had no issues with noise from inside or outside of the hotel. The bed is really comfortable and the floor gets cleaned every day too, which I really appreciated, because as hard as we tried to clean our feet, there was always some sand that would fall off from our clothes. The continental buffet breakfast was really good, with a lot of delicious hot and cold selections. We also used the hotel bikes to travel around town, as most locals do, and it was really fun and easy/environmental friendly/exciting way to view many areas around Cervia. Staff were absolutely amazing, and kept us informed on any town related issues (E.g road closures on our check-out day), and would accommodate any requests. Check-in and check-off was very easy. This good quality for money stay exceeded our expectations so much, that we are considering going back next year! Next year to get a PB on the Ironman course :)
