Located just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Marina offers accommodation in Monterosso al Mare, in the Cinque Terre National Park. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast, a garden and free WiFi in all rooms. The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Located 250 metres from the beach in Monterosso al Mare, the Margherita is a modern hotel with a peaceful patio. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with a fridge and a satellite LCD TV.

Rooms at the Hotel Margherita have whitewashed walls and tiled floors. Each comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries in the private bathroom. The hotel is located in what I think is the main street of Monterosso Al Mare, a few minutes walk from the train station and the beach. The staff spoke Italian, English and Spanish. They remembered we speak Spanish and greeted us everytime with a warm "buenos días!" They were very helpful. The room was spacious, sunny and airy, with a super comfy bed, a huge balcony with a great view. The bathroom was comfortable as well, the shower had great water pressure! A nice shampoo was provided. Everything was super clean. We had plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was fresh and super complete. It had plenty of veggie options, a plus because I travelled with my mum who is vegetarian. A plus, they offered towels for going to the beach which was great!

Just 100 metres from Fegina Beach, Hotel Villa Adriana is set among palm trees. It offers a Ligurian restaurant, a pool, and classically furnished rooms with an LCD TV.

Rooms come with air conditioning and free WiFi, and include a safe, a small fridge and a private bathroom. Some feature a balcony. Excellent place to sleep, and enjoy an unforgettable view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly kind towards us. There is a pool, but bear in mind it will be cold unless you go in summer. One of the things we enjoyed the most was how close the hotel was to the beach, as long as it is not raining ;)

Offering panoramic views of the Cinque Terre coastline, Albergo Suisse runs a free scheduled shuttle service to Monterosso, 1 km away. All air-conditioned rooms come with satellite TV. Parking is free. Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

Featuring a bar, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy garden views. A very nice hotel with excellent views. It was refreshing to get away from the crowds and stay at this quiet inn. It is a ways from the city so plan transportation accordingly, but once you’re there it will be a wonderful treat! 5 stars!

Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen TV. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Perfect location, great hospitality, very clean, best value based on the price, if you have a car, their parking area is very convenient. They are very easy going because we parked our car before check in hour and also they let us to keep our car after check out.

A 2-minute walk from Manarola’s rocky beaches, Hotel Marina Piccola features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. It is characterised by the stone walls contrasting with the modern furnishings. Really nice location, we had a great top room.

All air conditioned, the rooms feature a flat-screen TV, wooden furnishings, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer. It was overall a nice experience to stay there. People are so kind and helpful. They helped me when I injuried myself. There is a nice little garden where you can take your breakfast under lemon trees. Room was very clean. With a pretty garden with flowers and sun loungers, Locanda Il Maestrale overlooks Monterosso al Mare's historic centre. Set in an 18th-century building, it is 500 metres from Monterosso Train Station. I can only speak about this place in superlatives. The location is amazing ( in the heart of the historical part of Monterosso). The Facilities are amazingly maintained, and has a brilliant mix of keeping the heritage and bringing in a modern flair. The beakfast is impeccable (Fresh orange juice, bio yogurt, and locale produce), and fresh fruits, And I have to mention the owners and the team as well - everyone shows utmost hospitality.
