The location is great. Close to Termini Station, stop #1 for the hop-on-hop-off bus, and lots of fabulous shops and dining options.

All the major sites in Rome are a walking distance (the farthest we went is the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and that took around 30 minutes to walk amidst wonderful walkability), and it also felt like a really local Roman neighborhood as well.

We especially like first accomodations at first floor , was cozy and nice design style . Also second but was a little noise. But overall very clean , nice furniture a very good team, helpful with every request ( keep luggage, coffe, coffe in a very nice restroom). Very good breakfast, bar and a nuce terrase at 7 floor.
