Very friendly service. Variable enough for breakfast, with fresh juices and nice coffee. The staff spoke good English and were very accommodating and friendly. It was cold (+8) outside and the rooms were warm. The location is awesome, you're going to be on a high cliff-like landscape with views over the old volcanic hills, lava fields and the sea on the backdrop. In the evening the clouds covered the area and we were hanging right below them, one of the most awesome color play I've seen. Very close to the facilities for visiting Etna, I'd even say walkable.

The breakfast was great and she gave us an excellent suggestion on a place to have lunch the day of our arrival. Our second evening there she made pizza and a delicious dessert. The information she provided for a local winery made for a fantastic winery tour paired with a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend you stay here and I hope we can come back for another stay.
