We were upgraded and got a nice room on the 1st floor. No elevator, but someone took our luggage in the room. Room and bathroom big enough and clean. Great staff. Location ok to find little stores, restaurants, and cash change in the few blocks. Parking in front is not too busy, so noise was ok for India.
