Looking out over open countryside without the issue of lodges being crammed in together. Modern, clean, well laid out and a good size for a couple. Good sized shower and bathroom that didn't feel like a squeezed in afterthought. Excellent communication from the owners re directions etc.

We had a lovely bright room with a super-sized King bed which looked out over the back garden. Because we find Duvets too warm, the host immediately responded with an extra sheet we could use. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom are spacious with a tub and shower, lovely towels. The home is immaculate as is the garden. The breakfast room is a delightful glass room with lovely views. This is a restful spot for those travelling up or down the A9 - just a few minutes off the main road and a few minutes north of Perth.

The room was cozy, perfectly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was highly appreciated. The owners were nice and helpful. We also had a very good dinner at the pub.

Great communication with the hosts who were so friendly and helpful to deal with. Location was fantastic and off street parking was a bonus too.
