We were a group of five friends staying in three rooms, and the staff took great care of us from start to finish, always making sure we were comfortable and happy—even preparing breakfast early when we needed it. The hotel is right in downtown Cairo, in a lively local neighborhood that’s a bit rough around the edges but full of character. We always felt perfectly safe walking around. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned whenever we asked. The hotel itself feels like a little palace—an old building with high ceilings and a grand staircase, beautifully renovated with great taste. One of our favorite places was the roof garden, where we had breakfast each morning and relaxed in the evenings until midnight. It’s a lovely spot with a warm atmosphere, and there was always someone around to bring soft drinks or water. We also enjoyed ordering food from outside and dining there—it made our evenings extra special. The breakfast chef was excellent, and while the selection wasn’t huge, it had everything we needed—and the Turkish coffee was the best! The staff were always smiling, kind, and eager to help. This hotel has real character, charm, and heart. We felt so well looked after and would definitely stay here again. The area was quiet and safe, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was an experience we’ll never forget. The room was clean and comfortable and it was kept in good condition during my stay. The location is central which made it easy for me to reach the places I needed to go. The people working here were very supportive and always tried to help. I cannot mention every name, but everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. They responded politely to my questions and tried to make sure I felt comfortable. Overall I had a good experience and I appreciate the service from the team. I would stay here again.
