An amazing hotel next to the river. The room was clean and tidy. We had the number 1 room for 3 people . It was a big room with 3 windows with an amazing view (the front rooms have also a small balcony to sit outside) The breakfast was nice and the owner also suggested if one day had to leave early to prepare our breakfast for take away.

The photos really do not do the place justice - located on the peaceful Sahel island and overlooking the nature reserve, there is no place I would rather stay in Aswan! On top of that, Omar went above and beyond to look after us during our stay which was very much appreciated! Including an amazing boat tour around Aswan and a packed up breakfast for our super early morning transfer - couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you!!

Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas around the lobby. Our stay at the Obelisk Nile Hotel Aswan was everything we hoped for. The room was spotless and met all our expectations. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon special with a thoughtful gesture. The location, right in front of the Nile River, was perfect, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it!

My flight got massively delayed arriving at Aswan so my original booking with the hotel to for a private car to the hotel had been impacted. Despite this, the manager and staff actively communicated with me to make sure my friend and I get to the hotel safely after dark. The manager also arranged for us to go on a really nice sunset boat trip then the early minivan trip back to Aswan. Overall it is very helpful to have the local manager's help in getting around and his english is good. We enjoyed our stay and am glad it's the first hotel we stayed in Egypt.

It is located in one of the niche places in Aswan, and the design & architecture of the place was reflecting the whole Nubian culture with all its colors. The hotel itself, the rooms were very authentic and the staff supported on all travel facilities. We were picked up from and dropped off to the airport, and taken to all destinations within Aswan city with the marvelous boat. All staff were super helpful and they were really supportive on planning as well. Thank you once again!
