From the moment we arrived, Jeank at the front desk was helpful giving us information and booking our tours into the National Park! Oscar took extra time each morning when serving breakfast sharing information about Costa Rican food, and Francini in the bar and at dinner was a wonderful server! Everyone at the hotel took such good care of us! The service was of the highest quality! The hotel itself is modern, inviting and very clean! The beds are so comfortable! We really enjoyed the balcony off our room in the early morning and evenings! The neighbourhood monkey’s put on a good show one night! The pool and lounge chairs invite daytime relaxation! Honestly, I’m so happy we booked Hotel Noaz! Perfect location and great hotel!

With beautiful views out over the valley, a fabulous and spacious room and unparalleled staff in terms of their willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went out of their way to greet us with smiles and a concern for how our birding was going. The owner was on hand to personally greet each guest and seemed genuinely to care about his property and his guests. The on site restaurant was so good, we chose to eat no where else for our 5 day stay. We were there for birding, and the owner arranged a marvellous guide for the 2 days we required. It is a beautiful birding location, and we will be staying there again upon our return to Monteverde.

It is a five-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Absolutely gorgeous. The staff is 10/10. The pool is so good on tired days. The yoga Shala is great. The place is big enough for large groups or solo travel too. I really do love this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Great location too
