The nearby beach was really beautiful, with warm sea water and many palm trees providing shade, making it the perfect place to relax in the sun. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and an authentic, unforgettable experience.

At the hotel every room comes with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a patio with pool view. Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.

Wonderful, clean and modern looking cabins with a beautiful view overlooking Arenal Lake. big and comfortable bed, large and well functioning shower and very good and optimal use of space in the cabin. We were greeted every morning by some birds on top of our cabin, and could see and hear all kinds of wildlife from the deck overlooking the lake. Special mention for the lovely cats running around the property and coming to greet us! The hotel staff provided special vegan options for breakfast every morning, which were absolutely lovely and tasty, and which was well above our expectations. Also a big thank you for allowing us to check in at a very late time at night and staying up late especially to accomodate us, very much appreciated! Driving distance from La Fortuna and many surrounding activities and touristic locations, the cabins are located outside of the touristic area in a beautiful and quiet place.

In the room you can find everything a traveller needs (even beach towels etc). The host was super friendly and helpful. The location is awesome as well - nearby the beach (3 minutes) and busy central parts with bars, restaurants etc, but also on a quiet side street, so you don't hear anything. There is a beautiful garden as well.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. This is a beautiful spot. It is a short walk (10 mins) to a lovely beach. There is a nice pool on site and a good restaurant (food and drinks appropriately priced for quality - not cheap, but good). We found the stay very relaxing and have no complaints at all.

Super cute hand made outfits for sale at reception! Everything you need, comfortable beds and furniture. Great location. Gorgeous pool area, delicious smoothies. Even had pedicures on our patio! With garden views, Mundo Milo Eco Lodge is located in Playa Junquillal and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Staff was accomodating. Location and vibe is unique. The swimming pool and table tennis were great additions.
