Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. Not too far from main train station and close to many tourist attraction. The room is small but cosy. If you are here during summer, you nay request room with aircond Staffs are nice and friendly. Our room and the communal spaces were very modern, clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooms had everything we needed. I liked that we could step outside onto a small balcony from our room. The staff recommended a vice nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The continental breakfast was ample and tasty, good coffee too! We used the bus to get to the hotel, then paid for the shuttle back to the airport (10 CHF / person) - both options were fine.

Only stayed one night but wish we stayed longer! This hotel is only a short walk from the station and basically in the middle of the city. Close to everything you need in Zurich. The room wasn’t too small and the high windows and ceilings made it feel very spacious. The staff were great and would defiantly stay here again.
