Bellevue Square and various restaurants and cafés, are within 500 metres. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was spot on - clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. We loved the location - close to the lake, the centre, the tramline, and with a couple of supermarkets close by. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Breakfasts were delicious and, particulary for the 2 of us who are vegan, offered plenty of choice. We also made use of the self catering facilities, which were great. We loved the extra touches too - free water and apples, welcome icecreams, and free coffee throughout the day. If we do come back to Zurich, without a doubt we will stay at Alma.

I even rather liked the extraordinary way the toilet/shower/sink -combination was designed. Nearby there were restaurants and cafes and Zürich was very easily reachable. Highly recommend this hotel😊

For what you pay, the value is excellent: clean, comfortable rooms with good beds, solid Wi‑Fi and enough space to unpack and relax. I’d book it again without a second thought — in fact, I did it twice on this trip.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I can be a clean freak and the room was spotless. It is so important to me. Very comfortable room, had all it needed, easily accessible and helpful lovely staff. Kitchen staff went out of the way to prepare vegan breakfast for me.. thank you very much ♡ I felt very looked after.

Next to train station, there a ramp to the street so you can drag your big luggage to the hotel. We came a bit late so we didn’t see any sign to the front door of the hotel (which was the way to lobby but had to pass someone’s garden) so we had to walk down the main street and came up from the parking. (If you came from train station you walk to Breitenstrasse and look for the hotel sign, pass some small garden you’ll be at the lobby door) Lift from garage is woking but you have to put the “down” button to go up to lobby (maybe some sign would help). Clear communication, room was tidy, quiet (as i wished) and bed was comfy , Bathroom cleanliness/towells top! .Slept good, staff on Sunday during checkout was very friendly and helpfull.
