The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were helped with the transfer of our luggage from the station and also could borrow snow shoes for outside free of charge. The view of the alps is absolutely breathtaking - it really is a winter paradise but not crowded at all so felt very relaxing and plenty of things to do (especially for those who ski). I highly recommend hotel belalp to anyone wanting to stay in top of a mountain.

Just perfect, nice quiet location only a few minutes outside the superbusy Zermatt center. Superb rooms, all very newly decorated. Very friendly staff.
