All windows were insulated in January 2014. From the very friendly and warm host, to the simplest of things with assisting us with laundry as we didnt have Swiss fancs when we arrived, the owner went out of his way to assist us. Swiss and international cuisine is served in the restaurant, which features a lakeside terrace. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The hotel was located directly on the lake, the view is literally amazing also you can swim and do activities on the lake, i really recommend it if you looking for something to spend the whole day there, also the surroundings are really warm. Breakfast was with limited options but we had no problem about this. The rooms are clean and equipped with a fan if you are going in summer. Bathroom a bit small and the ceiling a bit low. Also i really liked the receptionist and how helpful they are, we arrived really late at night and they left the keys for us for self check in so than you for them.
