The property was exceptional ! Excellent room, breakfast and friendly host. Room was spotlessly clean, well equiped and very comfortable ! I have to say it was so much better than a hotel !

Breathtaking view! I stayed in Annex. The room was comfortable and had all the required stuff to make the stay comfortable. The view from the room was breathtakingly beautiful. One can see the mountains, the lake, and the houses below. It was picture-perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is great with easy access to train and bus from the hotel.

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes.

The tourist visit card was a great advantage as it allowed us to use the public transport for free as well as to visit many cultural places. The staff was very friendly and the room spacious and nice.
