Both the ski slopes and the town centre can be reached by bus, which stops right opposite the property. Bikes can be rented for free at reception, so guest can ride around the natural surroundings. Everything was absolutly to our satisfaction. We were even allowed to put our motor cycles into the garage. Thanks to the staff - they were all very friedly, smiling and welcoming. We felt very comfortable. As I asked, if the water in the room can be used, the lady said yes but gave me directly there some water, I did not have to walk back to the room. Very attentive. Thanks again. If we come back to Livigno, we would prefer to stay at your hotel again.

The crisp, clean and new appearance was a welcomed surprise after not knowing much about the property. The mattress and pillows were more comfortable than mine at home. The location is excellent being right on the main walkable part of town with restaurants and shopping just outside the door. Free parking is ALWAYS a plus!! I look forward to staying here again!

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip. Modern interiors, spotlessly clean, and the receptionist was lovely, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast is great, really varied and includes salami, cheese, eggs, jams, spreads, yogurt, coffee, and a wide selection of teas. I highly recommend it to everyone!
