The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. The location is also nice and on a sunny day you can really enjoy the beauty of Ringgenberg and Brienzersee.

Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

All rooms overlook the mountains or Lake Brienz. The lady who helped with check in check out and also for breakfast was very friendly. We arrived early and she just let us park our car there without hesitation.

Our room had 2 windows with the most beautiful views, was very roomy and beds and bedding exceptionally comfortable. The nicest place to return after very busy days. Every place we visited was so accessible from here. Free buses into town and train station every 30 minutes and from there, everywhere! Brienz, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald ...A special thanks to the lovely owners of this special place.

The host is very thoughtful, the place was equipped with anything you imagine you might need during the stay, from towels to kitchen utensils to spices. We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail of the host to provide an incredible accommodation experience for the guests. There is a bus stop about 5mins walking distance and the place is very easy to find. If you like to walk, it’s about a 20min walk downhill to the Wilderswil train station where you can take the direct trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Shynige Platte. Highly convenient. There is also 2 grocery stores near this station. We truly loved our stay and have zero complaints. Thank you to the host!!
