The hotel offers a combination of fresh and friendly colours with comfort and functionality. The reception is open daily from 6:00 until 23:00. It was in a great location for public transport and walking distance to the city centre. All the staff were very nice and helpful with any questions or requests. The back garden area was also nice to sit in and have a drink.

Complimentary WiFi is featured throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Breakfast spread was simple but adequate. Staff at breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Location was a little further from town but well connected by bus, able to reach the old town/train station in about 20min. Overall, a comfortable stay at a good price (relative to other hotels).

The hotel staff was also attentive.

Perfect location, very central and well connected with public transport, which is also free of charge thanks to the BaselCard provided by the hotel. The staff were very nice and careful about my gluten intolerance. They made sure there were options for me both for breakfast and for dinner! The room was also super clean with a very big and comfortable bathroom. My boyfriend and I were very happy about our stay, we will definitely book again if we come back to Basel!

Handy free Basel card - for free public transport and discounts for some museums. I had a room with balcony, so spent my evening there with a nice view.

Large room, fantastic bathroom, great brunch. Staff was very friendly.
