Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Everything was great! Very nice place.

From the nearby Beingasse Tram Stop, you can also get quickly to the city centre, as well as to the picturesque Spittelberg area. The staff were all so present offering greetings and help at all times. The breakfast was like no other. Fresh, organic, a vast array of choice and barista coffee as much as you would like. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was so quiet -if you wanted to sleep all day you could!

The city centre and Schönbrunn Palace can both be reached by public transport from the Fabrik in about 7 minutes.
