I stayed in the dome and loved it (just be aware the bathroom and toilet are in the main building steps away)!

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

My daughter was busy all the time feeding goats and deer’s and playing with two amazing cats Good stuff, tasty food, comfortable bed. Absolutely liked this place and definitely will come again
