He displayed exceptional patience and a proactive attitude, making every dining experience seamless and enjoyable. His ability to handle multiple guests while maintaining the same high level of service is truly commendable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to ensuring guests feel valued and well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I sincerely wish Mr. Suhail continued success. His efforts significantly contributed to making my stay memorable.

Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mr. Mohammed Foyez Ullah and the both Chefs Goama and Fayez for their professionalism and warm service. I also appreciated the serving team—especially Akter, Rahul and Ahmed—for their courteous and prompt assistance. Their hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, excellent service and a very comfortable visit.

Amazing stay and honestly one of the best customer service experiences in Egypt. Rooms are super cute and cosy and was so Amazing to wake up to the sunrise right o the river. All of the staff went above and beyond and the food was simply delicious. I chose to eat there often rather than go to other restaurants as it was some of the best food I ate during my month in Egypt. I'm coming back with a group later in the year and even gave them a shout out on IG which is rare. Highly recommend 👌

There are also 2 bars. Very calm place- and good weather 27 degree i january- Diving -Snorking- Riding Mtv motorcycle - Desert of Wadi el gamel. - all the facilities were Top and view of the garden and beach places all the stuff workers kind and helpful. I will recommand to everyone. I stayed 3 days and added one day more . Unfurtunately my holidays was finish. I will back again.
