We loved the stunning wood work in the lobby. Given the cold weather season, the staffs are very warm, accomodating and they can speak English well. Their facilities are very well maintained (shower heater, toilet, bedroom heater). The location is also cloase to Sapa Central. We really enjoyed our stay.

the location of the lodge is a bit remote and hard to reach with public transportation BUT the view was amazing, the rooms are big and comfortable and breakfast was good. for me what stood out the most was the responsiveness of the team, we got great recommendations, hired a scooter to drive around Sapa, hired a private tour guide all through the lodge and with good prices.

Staying at Sapa Yen Hotel felt like staying with close friends or family on vacation. It’s a great place, with a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Special thanks to the hotel staff who maintain a kind and pleasant atmosphere, and are attentive to each client. Our stay here was truly wonderful, and we even extended it for two more days. Breakfast was great and incredibly tasty, filling, and varied. It was a delight to try authentic cuisine each day. We would have never believed that this was a Boutique hotel because the attitude, care, and attention we received here exceeded what we’ve experienced in premium hotels! We will definitely return, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
