The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay. The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean. The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us. Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-) We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day Greetings, James and Falco

We loved our stay at Hoi An Center Town. Great location and the staff esp. Lee were super helpful. He went out of his way with helping our family book tickets to attractions and sorting drivers to pick up and drop off even after we had left Hoi An. Thank you Lee!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they kept our luggage at the reception so we could go exploring. After check-out we again could leave the luggage at the reception and while waiting for our bus we could stay at the pool. The hotel offers free bikes which is the best way to move around the town and you can borrow them anytime.

The breakfast was amazing. Hoa asked in advance what to cook for breakfast and prepared it perfectly. I was offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The landlord helped me to find the beach and told me about some places to visit. She also arranged for a taxi (cheaper than Grab) when I left. The Hotel provided me with a free bicycle so I could enjoy the views of the surrounding area. The Hotel is new, very clean, cozy and calm. I didn't feel such care even at home. There is a room to have massage and separate room to have yoga!))
