I recommend this place! There is a central heating which makes it warm almost all the time, even if the electricity is down for 6 hours (which happens in Kyiv during winter at least couple of days of week. The stuff is friendly, kind and human, you can borrow things and there is nice calm atmosphere. There is a restaurant, which is good however a bit overpriced because 4 minutes from it there is a store and better and cheaper restaurants with quality dishes A cot, tea which is changed each day. You can also ask to change your towels only once a week or once in 4 days of you want: they are very open to everything. They have not a bad warm shelter! As I understand the electricity works in the basement all the time, so it's not like cold and dark: there is light all the time. During the blackouts the wifi works worse: you will have to use the phone one, from your simcard: I recommend Kyivstar esim. Everything was pretty good. I've also ordered a wake up service and they have waken me up alright:) I recommend!

The hotel room was large and comfortable. Receptionists friendly. We came before our check in time , but they offered early check in and really good breakfast (separate payment). Food was not just fresh , but cooked specifically for us in 10 minutes after we ordered it. Restaurant area was not too big , but cleanliness of the restaurant was just perfect. They have got white tablecloths on a tables and this makes nice impression. You can’t find buffet, but you can drink coffee or tea . Also they provide some milk. What I really liked it is safety of this place. Downstairs was nice shelter with huge comfortable sofa and a lot of space for people. In the night when alarm went off we have been there for a while. You not gonna have Wi-Fi connection in the shelter , but I think safety more important than internet . Bathroom was big and shower was large. They provided some soap and shampoo. But we did have our own toiletries. All that I can tell shampoo was really good. My dry hair did enjoy it. It made a lot of foam. Really good quality. We did ask don’t clean our room every day , but they still were making our bed . And it was really lovely. In general they do clean rooms every day. TV was with many channels, sometimes connection was not good , but mainly it did work. So I could watch English and USA channels. And it was really good.
