We were a family of 4 and booked the Presidential Suite . it was perfect spacious and had comfortable beds.3 bathrooms were a big plus.Duty manager Kautar was very pleasant and helpful. All cleaning staff very friendly and good. Bus shuttle service to Haram very efficient.

Ibrahim at the reception and all the rest of the staff were really helpful. Everything was as expected. If you are able to walk, its only about 20 mints to the Haram either way ( SAPTCO bus station side or Umm Al Qura Rd. / Jabal Omar side ) . Taxis charge about SAR 15 to 20 due to many road blocks and longer routes. Hotel shuttle buss stops at SAPTCO station, so better to avoid it ( as its only 5 mints walk ).

The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. My family and I went for Umrah and it was so relaxing to come back to the hotel after a long day. The location is also quite close to Haram and everything was excellent about the hotel including staff, comfort, location and value.
