Staff members remembered our names, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and always seemed one step ahead of our needs—without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell that creating a great guest experience is not just part of their job, but part of the culture here. Special thanks to the front desk, who went above and beyond with recommendations and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. And to the breakfast team—your energy and warmth every morning were the perfect way to start the day. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but the staff here truly raised the bar. Convenient, good location, has all the amenities

We had great couple of days. Backi Monostor is well worth visiting, especially for long bike rides through the nature reserve park, and delicious food in small hidden restaurants along it. The apartment was perfect with very cozy furniture, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard and peaceful surroundings. It also came with 3 good bikes and freshly prepared cookies 🥰. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts, and will definitely come here again.
