Very very kind! We just accidentally entered another Sama Sama instead of the one that we booked since the customs and policemen in the airport just pointed at this. They kindly adjusted everything and helped us to rebook and cancel the previous one for free! Room is perfect for 6 hour stay and to sleep in perfect conditions of silence since the rooms are well soundproofed and clean!

staff behavior was very good. they upgraded my room from single bed to double bed free of cost. hotel was very clean and at good location. a lot of restaurant and grocer shops are on walking distance.

You can get to the hotel on a free bus from T2. Also, the hotel and staff were amazing. I even left my luggage at the for 24 days, which I was scared I might not find when I am back. However, it was exactly how I left it.
