Room very spacy (bungalow) with a view on the swimming pool. Staff very friendly, espacially with our children. Very good restaurant (lunch, dinner and amazing breakfast). Good location not far from the beach and pigeon island. You can also walk 10 min to see the crocodiles on the lake!

First of all, this hotel is an absolute bargain and is priced too low. Everything is brand new, pool was perfectly nice, good temp and modern, room is spacious and super clean. We stayed at the most expensive hotels in Sri Lanka, and the AC here was newer and better. We also had a lovely spacious balcony. It’s a beautiful no frills hotel and for the price you pay, you can’t expect luxury and if you want more comfortable mattresses then go with a more expensive hotel. A tip about the wifi: if it doesn’t work anymore you just need to ask the receptionist to re-charge it for you.

Great place on the beach in Nilaveli. The stuff mainly at the reception is great, very kind to help you with anything. Food perfect, pool perfect, location perfect. Nothing to complain about. Definitely reccomend this place.

This hotel is nestled on Nilavali Beach, a 10-minute boat ride from Pigeon Island. There is no available WiFi, a large outdoor pool and spacious rooms with views of the ocean.

I love coming here, this is my 3rd visit. I love the open space of the resort, the quite nature, the palm trees, the relaxed poolside, the beach views, the calm ocean is great for swimming. Everything about this resort is amazing for adults, this is my happy place to unwind and re-fill my cup. The staff are caring and kind, the food and cocktails at the beachside restaurant is delicious, we enjoyed beautiful soulful music by the very talented musician who plays multiple instruments. The buffet breakfast is to die for, so many delicious options and food choices. The rooms are simple, large and clean, with comfy beds and amazing views out to the pool / ocean. You can do as little or as much as you like, easy to ride into town and see the local sights or go snorkelling, diving or just relax.

We stayed in several hotels on the island. And the best impression was left by this hotel. It is not big at all, but very cozy. There are good towels (it turns out that other hotels have problems with the quality of towels). There is hot water. And the rooms themselves are clean. Two hooligan cats live on the territory))))) As for the music, it is not loud and plays only until 10 p.m. The hotel also has a cafe with a chef who deserves a Michelin star 🫶. In the hotel and the cafe are done with style and very nice. Next time we will definitely come back here

Rooms are nice and just right in size and comfort. Fine breakfast, either Sri Lankan or Western. Nice cool pool with quiet surroundings. Very good service. Very close to the beach but still peaceful.

The location is excellent and the view from hotel restaurant as well. The hotel staff is really nice and ready to advise on anything required. Meals were really tasty, we tried different things and all were amazing.
