This hostel is amazing! It is very clean and cozy, it feels like home. The man at the front desk was very friendly. I forgot a charger back and Ozaki was super helpful, shipping it to me immediately. I am glad that I stayed at this hostel and I would definitely return!

The staff is very helpful since I cannot speak Japanese. And the location is so close to the Wakkanai train station which is just across the street.
