I enjoyed talking to the staff and the owners. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the self-cooking facilities are convenient and clean.

We had a group of 7 adults and 1 infant. We had breakfast twice and dinner once with the hotel, the food and presentation were absolutely amazing and definitely something I would recommend. The Onsen was very special, they have an outdoor and indoor option, both being very nice facilities. We booked a Japanese style rooms and Western style rooms and both were delightful. The staff were very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

The hotel grounds were all brand new including the cute cottages, patio and a water fountain. The cottages themselves were decorated nicely and the beds were comfy. We had very helpful, English speaking staff that picked us up from the station and drove us there after as well. We were also able to rent a car from them directly which was super helpful since the rentals on Kyushu were all but rented out. The location was also quite nice as it was between Nagasaki city and the Unezen-Amakusa national park so it was not far to reach either by car. All in all, I highly recommend this place and it's great value for money.

Everything. The location was beautiful with multiple places to walk to see the beautiful scenery, easy access from the train station using the bus, the Onsen was relaxing, the rooms were spacious and clean.
