Bathtub was spacious and comfortable to soak! Pantry was very good as there were vending machines, both hot and cold drinks provided. There was even a microwave and ice cubes provided which exceeded my expectations!

Very nice hotel, great room and experience. The staff where all very kind, and we where very well taken care off. We highly reconend staying here for anyonw wanting a traditional Japanese stay! The area around the Hotel is also very beautifull, and there are plenty of opportunities for hikes and sightseeing inn the beutifull nature.

Perfect location in quiet town. We really enjoyed all baths, especially the indoor. Traditional room with futons. We were scared about the frozen pizza you can buy at reception but it was really delicious. We had double mozzarella and 2x marinara with garlic (2 people). We also liked that at the hotel were only few guests.

The inn keeper was very nice and hospitable. If you need directions towards anywhere he will help you get there as well as help you get onto the correct the bus. The public bath was nice and small with hair and body wash that smelt amazing.

We booked an private onsen, I would recommend that however they also offer public and a private one that you can book! The location was good, not far from the main station. It was just such a fun experience trying a ryokan. And the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful :)

We arrived and was immidiately greeted by the friendly staff. After checking in we changed into yukata and went downstairs to enjoy a delicious burger dinner in a traditional japanese setting, something quite special! The onsen was easily booked and me and my partner could bathe together as it is booked by room for an hour slot at a time. It is also tattoo friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!
