The room was extremely clean and stocked with all necessary facilties, do be aware that breakfast is served between 7 and 9 so waking up early is a must. The Futon was super comfy! the Onsen itself is also excellent, temperature was just right and there is an indoor and outdoor bath. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to any questions. The ryokan is about a 15 minutes walk from the onsen cho and jigokudani, the staff offered to drive me there but i enjoyed the somewhat scenic walking route

Our families had a wonderful night stay where we enjoyed the onsen and the food was amazing. We have a morning walk and we enjoy the peacefulness. The staffs was very helpful.

There was a public onsen for guests and it is free. To enter the onsen, room card and code are required. After-bath service is drinking yogurt during the day and popsicle in the night time. The convenient store just right next to the hotel. It is a short walk to JR station.

The hotel is amazing. Love the layout and the onsen. There were 3 indoor pool and one outdoor. There are also other amenities for you to relax after dipping in the onsen.

Very good location, right next to Higashi-Muroran station. Staff was kind, and I had everything in the room what I needed. Also, there is public bath on the 12th floor, if you want to try it.
