We stayed for 2 nights. Arrived late and were greeted by very friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable. Twin bed option with large, comfortable beds. Everything perfect. Great location and very reasonably priced.

Staff was SO HELPFUL. I received 5 star treatment for 3 star price. The whole experience was luxurious and relaxing. I also made a last minute change to the reservation, and accommodated an extra person in the same room with no real fuss. I was nervous based on negative reviews, but I honestly believe they were TRYING to be dissatisfied. "The geta are too hard" SIR THEY ARE WOODEN!! An absolutely delightful experience I would happily revisit. The rooms are beautiful and contain all the necessities for a bath. Private shoe lockers are included. I am an overweight person, and they had yukata that fit me.

The view from my room is awesome, I can see the sunrise without leaving the futon. The staffs are very attentive, thumbs up.

It was a very good stay, I sometimes stay at this hotel, with good access to the Sumoto bus stop. Air Conditioner and hot water works well. There are big windows with sunlight coming in, and can see  Mikuma castle from the room has a good view.
