The location is very good, a few minutes away from the metro. The lobby and its design are nice and spacious. The free refreshments are very nice. The employees are very sweet and polite and also meticulous. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is very nice that they provide free bicycle service. Especially the toilet is very nice :) It definitely provides a very luxurious service for its price. Thank you for everything.

Location! Location! Location! Easy underground access and connections to and from major Kyoto subway lines was as the japanese waould say is 'Saiko!' You are jam smack in the middle of everything especially the major japanese shopping malls to the very center of the major attractions that the culture rich city of Kyoto has to offer. Staying for four nights was not enough to be honest. Would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel - we would recommend this to people coming to Kyoto. The area is nice, quiet and a short walk to the main area/metro - so location-wise it is good. They have a nice louge where there are unliited snacks and drinks - its thoughtful, and my husband and I would often chill there after a long day. Yes, the rooms are compact - but please expect that all-around Japan in this price range. But they are clean and very comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful, they kept our suitcases while we toured the city and we really appreciated that - Thank you to the staff!! We would surely come again if we're in Kyoto.

The reception was really nice and kept our luggage until the evening after sightseeing and shopping and also the next day after we checked out until the evening. The room was big, especially for Kyoto, while still being the most central hotel I have stayed at there (Nishiki Market, Temples, Shopping, Train in 5 min walk distance). The beds were comfortable and big, shower and toilet seperated and a variety of amenities were provided. The Breakfast was a buffet with hot and cold food, western and japanese so for everyone. I will definitely stay there again next time and would recommend it !
