Traveling to Japan twice a year for more than 10 years now, including many study trips, I can say with some assurance that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Simple and friendly check in. « Large » rooms, by Japanese standards. No coupon for breakfast, just walk in! Honnest buffet as well. Good location within walking distance to the train station and Ise Jingu Geku (to me, as interesting if not more than the inner Naiku temple), and many restaurants nearby. Paying parking but otherwise priced just right. Definitely a good value option in Ise.

The hotel is located close to the conference center at Ise, just 5 minutes walk. It is very silent and organized, and the onsen baths are great. The breakfast was everyday a nice surprise to have, so I definitively recommend.

Everything. This traditional japanese ryokan is wonderful place to stay. I was allowed early check-in since it was pouring rain. The room with tatami was just beautiful and spotlessly clean. Futon was extremly comfortable. I got my yukata and there was everything else I needed in the room equipment. I had a view to the little balcony with plants. The building is old and has thin walls, but fortunately I was not bothered by other guests. There is hot bath and massaging chair. The location is literally 1 minute walk from the Iseshi station, and 5 minutes walk to Geku shrine. The staff was very welcoming, kind and professional. The breakfast was traditional japanese with everything you can imagine. You can choose the time of serving in your room. If I am in Ise again, I will come back, and I will recommend this place to my friends.
